Digital I/O

Postby Recording Drummer » Mon Jun 02, 2014 10:22 pm

Would it be safe to say:

1 Focusrite Octopre into a digital I/O port.
2. Out of the digital I/O port into a Focusrite Scarlett digital in.
3. Configure digital input and output to ADAT.

RESULT: I can record a drum kit through the octopre, EQ, compress, etc. through the board and record it all in a DAWS.

As long as your routing is correct and your devices are all clocked together it should be fine, though there might be a bit of latency.
