All kidding aside Marc......

I now use D8B as a controller on a day to day basis with C7.5 after a lot of trial and error and help from other people.

This thing works with the exception of a few bugs that I believe can be fixed and I would be quite Happy!

I used to be able to use the Jog Wheel when using more than 24 Tracks in 32bit but no longer can I use that function in 64bit. (The Jog Wheel works with everything else except using more than 24 Tracks)

The meter bridge will still freeze up when switching back and forth from inputs to groups....But I live with it...

I was promised the day I bought this from Marc that he would be fixing all the bugs in 1.1 and I would be very happy
if he would do that.....

I don't care about 2.0.......... I would be happy with this one if all the bugs were all fixed as promised..... :D

I totally apologize for voicing my opinion in a sarcastic way...It seemed like the only way I could get any attention!

All I want is a nice functioning controller as promised...No More and No Less!

Please Help Marc!

Best Regards

At this point I think it's safe to assume that the project is dead in the water. Marc has been very clear that this isn't a priority for him and there is no timeline or projected release date that anyone can count on. Anyone who is waiting for V2 should probably just assume it's never coming and move onto something else.

Call all the shots you like Marc, I wasn't telling anyone what to do, nor did I imply that I was speaking on behalf of you or your company. I was simply offering a suggestion in a public forum, based on my personal observations.

You "announced" V2 over 6 months ago and as of yet, haven't delivered a finished product.

You don't owe me anything as I haven't paid for anything, so I know I'm just someone watching from the sidelines. However, I also understand that there are those who assume when you announce a product, that it's at least near completion and are possibly counting on its release for their business use.

If any of those people read these forums, they'd understand that D8Bridge is a hobby for you and is not your priority, as you've been very clear about that. But some folks don't do the proper research and make assumptions that D8Bridge comes from an established company that's committed to delivering their product on certain timelines.

I'm stoked to see V2 if and when it's released and have some $$$ set aside just for that purchase. I simply hope you're able to overcome the hurdles you've run into before those who are waiting for V2 decide to move onto something else.

You really do pack a bit of attitude, man. I don't care if you've been made a moderator or whatever.

Give the guy a break!

Just registered here to show my support. A Mac user here as well.

Marc, what you're doing is great. Let us know what is what. Any update would be fantastic. Even if the project is a wee bit stale.

I'm ready to purchase as well, as soon as you've got it out.
