Keep in mind, that file tends to get fucking destroyed by the OS Installer when the process interrupts as defined here - file handle left open in memory. Make SURE you're using a raw hard disk - unformated/unallocated, otherwise you're gonna just Rinse/Repeat thru this whole process; it's reproducible as it were...
