BOOT UP PROBLEM

Well I've tried that and same result. But after installing 5.1 today(even though it's in demo and does me no good) just to see what would happen, it works! But then reinstall 3.0 and gets stuck right there.

It seems somebody else ran into an issue like this not too long ago where they couldn't go backwards from version 5.1 to 3.0 as I recall. I can't remember if there was ever a fix or not. Peter, any of this sound familiar? This is a weird one....

Well 3.0 wasn't working to start with, but 5.1 did so I know it's not totally a hardware issue. I even tried 2.03 but ummm...no. Disk boots in live mode and most of screen is white except for a little strip so I can't even load the software
