HDR Bios upgrade

Postby bkbannon3 » Wed Oct 16, 2013 11:46 pm

I just installed a new eprom and bigger hard drive in my hdr. When i start it, it stops in the middle and won't continue to load. I went thru the cmos settings and everything seems to be correct. Any body have any ideas. thanks Brian

I took it back apart and put in the old hard drive - smaller it boots a little farther, but then says ** boot error, surface not responding. Any ideas???

At face value... I'd have to say BIOS settings, video card, memory and/or hard disk (boot media)... :geek:
