D8b and sdr 24

Hello
I have tried to do a search about this but couldnt find the answer. Can then transport buttons in the D8B control the SDR 24?
If so how is this done?

Both units should be able to talk to each other. All you should have to do is setup the MTC on the SDR and make sure you have the midi cables connected between the units. This should be covered in the manual that you can download from the mackie website if you don't have one already.
