I think it is just the BFC, my question is can i just resit the wires in the BFC or solder them ?
Have you tried strain-relieving the BFC? So it's not hanging down? You can do this with a heavy duty screw-mounted tie wrap holder or velcro strap so that a small service loop of the BFD's cable, feeding into the D8B, is relieved from the weight of the rest of the cable on the connector. Make sure the console is working right before securing it in place.
