Not getting my license number.

On the 21st of December I bought the d8b v5.1 online. I paid the $ 174 immediately with Visa. The site said the transaction was approved.
Today is the 9th of January and after zillion e-mails to different addresses I'm still waiting for my license number.

Without this license number I cannot register in order to get the unlock code. In other words I'm stuck and no one seems to care to help me out.

Any advice?

That is weird. I purchased 5.1 for an upgrade that I was doing for another d8b owner and I received mine with in 10min.

Are you certain that you entered you're email address correctly?

Have you checked your spam folder?

Did you get any kind of transaction receipt?

You should be able to contact support via email and send them your ESN number and they can tell you what has been registered to the board. Your 5.1 code would be included in that info as well. Keep in mind that we just came out of holidays and they may very well be back logged with support emails.
