What is a d8B worth these days?

What are these things worth these days? The one i'm trying to sell is now in perfect working condition as far as i can tell.

It is hard to say exactly. Depending on how it is optioned, my guess would be roughly $1500-$2000 range. It is getting long in the tooth unfortunately so they don't command a great deal of money anymore.

Well, I picked mine up for $500 in good working condition, but I've seen a few on Ebay in the 1,000-1500 range. As long as the faders are good, and it has no issues, in good condition I would say $1k would be about right, DEPENDING on how it's optioned. If you have a bunch of good ad in cards (MFX, ADAT's, Apogees, etc) that price should go up accordingly... that said however, I'd try to sell it BEFORE Marc's solution renders those add ins obsolete, and thus devalue the board even further. But I think once word gets out about Marc's Mod, and it actually becomes available, I think you'll se a bit of a rush of people looking for one as a cheap alternative to a C24 class control surface, and the market price will probably go up again a bit as a result, so you might consider holding onto it until then...

Something tells me that once word gets out about Marc's mod, they'll be highly sought after, so it might pay dividends to hang onto it until then....

That's strange. I figured a d8b would go up in value if the new implementation comes to fruition.
