D8B floppy's needed/ 43 host did not reboot error

Postby Kevin A » Thu Nov 18, 2021 1:45 am

Does anyone know where I can obtain a version 3.0 or 5.0 floppy discs? And how do I get the battery out of the cpu for the "43 host did not reboot message". Thanks

If the host did not boot because the cmos battery died, startup and enter bios settings. If the settings are gone then battery could be problem. If bios detects your hard drive, then it is not the battery.

To change the battery, remove the cpu cover and look for silver disk battery at lower left of motherboard with the cpu front facing you. Pry out and replace with CR2032.
2 d8b's 5.1 OS all the plugins, Mackie 32.8 Bus, 2 iMAC 27", Apollo 8 Quad, Cubase 9, Logic Pro X, VEP 6, 4 TB of VSTi Libraries, 28 Roland, Yamaha & Korg Synths and Keyboards, NI Hardware and Software.. Plugins, Plugins, and the list goes on...
