In my experience it's not the connectors becoming loose, it's the connection with the ribbon on the spikes that's at fault, I've mentioned my method a few times here but here we go, when you have a connector off, run your thumb nail between the ribbon and connector each side of the ribbon and on either side of the connector, the object being, to lift/move the ribbon off the spikes, if your nail is not strong enough you need to use plastic, like a guitar pick, once you've done this, put a few drops of IPA in there and squeeze back tight with a pliers, at one time I kept getting the same problem as you and kept reseating the connectors until I found this method, hopefully it will work for you.
If it's the power connectors that are at fault, you need to push in the metal strips with a small screwdriver, this tightens everything.
