Yes, I installed the last service pack 3. I do not know what this communication error means ...
As for memory, I have two PC133 16x64 128 MB cards in the cpu.
Do you think they can be enough? Thanks Arjepsen

I _think_ 128 is enough, although you can install up to 256mb. (check the motherboard manual).

Do you have fx cards installed? (MFX or UFX)

Hey pino68;

In case you didn't know, the FX cards in the d8b work best in installed NOT in pairs. So like this

Slot 1- MFX, Slot 2- UFX, Slot 3- MFX, Slot 4- UFX or..

Slot 1- UFX, Slot 2, MFX, Slot 3- UFX, Slot 4- MFX.

There seems to be fewer problems wit the card if installed in this manner.

Try resetting the cards, firm;y, but gently in either of the above configuration. Push them in gently as the "Crad Cage", has also been know to have problems,
