Go to page 17, and do the procedure to "clear the CMOS".
Put the graphics card and ram block in, and connect the monitor.
Reconnect the power supply.
See if you can get anything up on the monitor when you start now.
If not, then see if you can find an atx power supply, and try to use that with the motherboard instead.
You might want to find a friend who knows something about computers, to test these things out.
