new password

I have been trying to change my password without having to sign up with a new usernam
but for some reason Im having a hard time changing my password. what am I doing Wrong. thanks joe

Hello Joe.

Sorry to hear you are having troubles.

Go to the User Control Panel > Profile Tab > Edit account settings

Type your new password, confirm the new password and type in your current password in the last field.

You have to confirm the password you are using currently to change it to a new one. The new password must be between 6 and 30 characters.

Finally click the Submit button.
