The two d8b units I just picked up, both had their Sync Cards removed, so I'm looking for a replacement.
I'd prefer the Apogee version of the card, but would consider the Standard Sync Card the d8b originally came with, to at least be able to operate the board. Any Sync Card upgraders who still have the original sync card lying around?
One of the boards otherwise seems to work (boots to 5.1 with all plug-ins authorized), but it still can't be used due to the lack of a sync card.
I'm in the Los Angeles area, in case someone around here has one...
Thanks in advance!
Looking for Sync Card - Apogee preferred (or maybe Standard)

There was a guy in the Sacramento Craigslist that had some d8b cards.
He had a clock card listed |

Thanks for the tip, phantomrage! I actually have one now (sorry, should have updated this thread), but when I received it, two components fell off the board when (carefully) handling it. I soldered them back on, but now only get it to work on internal sync... might be my shoddy solder job.
So, I'm kinda looking still, maybe another sync card works better... but it's not as urgent now, since I can at least use the d8b Thanks again! |

Just following up to say that I got a fully functioning sync card off of ebay, and am no longer looking.
Is there a way to close a for sale post/thread? I didn't see an option. Maybe a moderator can kick this post out? If so, thanks in advance! |
