the macrium software, once loaded and running will detect the attached drive. (attach drive first)
you will have options to image drive to a location on ur pc or to another drive. you want to place the image somewhere on ur pc.
now, the new drive ur imaging to must also be imaged to ur pc ( properly labeled) just in case something goes wrong you can always revert.
the new drive must now be formatted
fat32 (uncheck quick format)
once formatted; use macrium disk refresh so it can detect ur formatted drive, then use the option to image a drive with a stored image within ur pc (the first one you saved earlier)
the macrium software gives you the choice to copy EVERY SINGLE BIT OF DATA in their selection boxes, check those boxes so you can get a FULL 1 for 1 copy.
reattach new drive and boot.
