faders issue

Hello

I have an issue where my faders on my D8B will operate if i use my mouse, but if i move the actual faders they do not move on the screen nor do they produce any results.

example...MOVE fader on channel 1...up and down...on the screen, the fader doesn't move. Move the fader on the screen then the live signal comes through speakers.

I have reset the faders and they all move up fully and down fully during the reset but fail to work after that.

Any Ideas?

Check if the button motor faders off is on.
