Cubase 6 MCU BUG [SOLVED]

Postby munkustrap » Sat Sep 05, 2015 9:43 am

Hi Probox users

I observed a wrong functionality with the probox in cubase 6 (latest updated).
there are two issues:

#1
when you press a solo button on a channel the solo defeat LED of the dedicated button lites up (which is ok). When I push this button to clear all solos, then the LED remains lightning. When I push the button again it will clear it. If I press the solo on the channel instead to clear the solo LED of solo defeat Botton is cleared correctly.

#2
When I press shift, the shift LED doesn't lite up, but the LED of the solo defeat lites up instead. I thought it is a probox bug, but I had a code Review and everything seems ok. Additonal I tried this button with samplitude and saw that this button works perfectly in samplitude. So I can exclude a probox bug with more that 99%.

MY QUESTION TO ALL CUBASE PROBOX USERS:
Who has this issue with which Cubase Version ?

thanks for your help

Now there is more clearity on this issue.

I've overseen that the real MCU doesn't has a LED on this Buttons. Therefore this Feature is not existing. As the probox accepts LED Messages and Cubase sends LED Messages for that this issue is visible on the probox but will not be visible on the real MCU.
