Wrong audio inputs?

I'm curious to know if anyone has ever experienced their D8B inputs showing up in the wrong channel? Mine is going as follows, Plug in mic on channel 1 and it shows up on channel 2 and if I plug into channel 2 it shows up on channel 1. It does this in all 24 channels, has anyone ever seen this before and is there a remedy for this? :roll:
