D8b was freezing so I dove in and cleaned all ribbon connectors and pulled all cards and cleaned and reinstalled. Bord work fine. No more freezing. Now I have no pans. They light up and look normal but when rotated, they do nothing... Help!!!

Do the ribbon cable procedure again, check carefully for bent pins!
If all else works fine that should do it. Maybe double-check power harnesses (including the BFC), even though if faders 'fly' then power should be fine to the V-pot sensing, too...
