I have the error 43 on my MDR 24/96 and would dearly love to get a copy of Mike's Last HDR/MDR manual.
At the moment Mike is not responding to emails, but if anyone can provide a copy or a download link I will happily send Mike 21 dollars via his PayPal account.

I had a copy I bought but lost it when my drive crashed during a move.
