Memory Extraction Error when loading HDR OS disk2

I'm getting a memory extraction error when trying to load OS 1.4 on a new hard drive for my OS. It is happening after the prompt to load OS 1.4 on disk 2

Any insights?

I dont know if you are still having issues, but after trying all of the most common possible solutions, what worked for me (this time) was taking all of the cards out, blowing out the slots with compressed air, and reseating all of the cards. I also reset CMOS and made fresh OS disks
