Thanks, Crash. Yes, I do the same, boot the d8b first fully, then the DAW. It's never been a problem, but yesterday it was. Stuff I have on the clock circuit: d8b, HDR24/96, RME ADI-8QS A/D/A, RME HDSP9652 I/O. A d8b DIO-8 is clocked internally in the d8b. Everything's set to read the d8b's Apogee clock signal.
