Enabling HUI mode with Pro Tools 10

Hello,

I am attempting to set up my d8b in HUI mode to control my Pro Tools 10 DAW. I followed the instructions in the manual to the letter. On a basic level I can get the d8b to start and stop playback of my sessions but the faders do not respond. Also when I switch the d8b to HUI mode I am not seeing the HUI layer on the GUI. I don't expect it to appear instantly but would like to know where to switch it to that view.

AS far as the faders go, I am sure there are settings I am missing, such as setting the "Send MTC to port" option for fader automation (page 165 in the manual).
I cannot find the "Show Session Setup" option in Pro Tools 10 that the d8b manual refers to. I am using a PC, not a mac, so maybe this is the issue?
Or is there something I need to adjust in the software for my audio interface?

Here is my basic I/O setup:
Windows 7
Pro Tools 10 (latest version)
Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 audio Interface

Any Pro Tools users out there have any insight?

Hoping to use the HUI mode until the d8Bridge update for HUI protocol comes out.
Thanks!

Thanks very much. that is the view i cannot get to. not sure why. I switch to HUI mode but the GUI stays on the regular layout. Forgive my obvious ignorance please, learning this new board. And I am away from it for the next several hours, so I will try the tips when i am at the helm again. :-) . So just click that button in the regular view and it appears as the HUI layout?

Any advice on why my faders don't respond?

Again, thank you!
