d8b Forum

Has anyone integrated the two in one workflow? I would like MMC to function Soundtrack and FCPro.
It would also be nice to use these apogee AD/DA's tucked away in the d8b to capture Foley, ADR and such.

I have looked at the Presonus firestudio lightpipe with 32i/32o ADAT Optic (qty 4) to Firewire.
Knowing that 24 channels are the limit with the d8b. Anyone know anything about this box?

I am acquiring a Canon XL-H1a and FCS for my MacPro and Macbook. (so an external solution is the way.)
I currently own a d8b v3 w/ADAT cards, a HDR24/96 and bounties of other gear.
I appreciate all help or suggestions.
