Registrations for Second Hand D8B

Postby markd56 » Mon Jun 25, 2012 3:56 am

I have recently purchased a second hand d8b. I also picked up a couple of UFX cards separately. Currently the d8b is running OS version 3 and I have purchased 5.1 separately. I have the old PC Motherboard. Everything seems to be working under the old OS. I am thinking of installing the 2 UFX cards and upgrading the OS to 5.1. I realise there is a mountain of info about the OS upgrade. I have two questions:
1/ I read on an earlier post that there is a way of getting a list of all the plug-in registrations for a d8b. Can someone please advise how I do this?
2/ Do I have to re-register all plug-ins when I upgrade to the new OS?
Thanks.
And in the end.....The love you take.....Is equal to the love.....You make.

Markd56, You can send mackie tech support an email with your ESN in it and ask them to check and see what is registered to the board and if they will send you the codes. Shouldn't be a problem. At this point you can also ask them about re-registering for V5.1.

Thanks Casey. Will try emailing Mackie Support as suggested.
