D8B Power Supply Voltages

Postby felix » Sat Feb 04, 2012 5:56 pm

So i have a Mackie D8B board without the Cpu/Power Supply and I was wondering what voltages the D8B requires so that i might be able to rig something up to get it to turn on and work. I have the cable that connects from the back of the board and is supposed to go to the CPU and i was wondering what the voltages are for the three ends that the cable splits into.

If you don't have the PSU, you don't have zee compuder that hosts the OS.

Well I im more concerned about turning it on at this point. Plus with the new d8bridge software i dont think you need the cpu to use it as a controller, which is why i need to know the voltages so i can find a way to get it to turn on so i can use it for that.

I posted a pinout and all the voltages of the big ass cable many years ago on the Mackie forum. Maybe you could find it over there but with all the changes over the years on that forum, who knows. I used the same name so at least you might do a search of just my posts but that would narrow it down to a thousand or two.

What happened to your CPU?

You beat me too it by mere seconds Crash! Had to re-install print screen! Too bad we don't know the password to stop all the security measures embedded in the pdf file.

Yea, getting this on here was a pain in the ass. I had to get the wife (House IT) involved.

Also, there is a guy over on the Mackie forum selling a bunch of stuff, of which an extra CPU is listed.
