New user. Minor Issues

I just got this board used. I am using it for live sound reinforcment. I got it pretty cheap but with a few issues. 1st is the main L/R meter bridge does not function on the board or the GUI but the L/R output work fine. 2nd Some of the Vpots for the head phone and sometimes EQ flickers and jump around. Just a simple reboot seems to remedy some of this but never seems to work correctly. The OS currently is v5.1 but as I was going though the original boxes I see the mixer origanly had v3. Any ideas would be great. I can work around these issues for what I use this board for but would be better If they can be fixed
