New addition to the Database

Hello friends.

Charly van Rest (aka silent m over here) has sent me a PDF file with the 10 Golden Rules to replace a Hard Disk in a d8b. Most of the text has been written by his friend Hans, that is a known "tech-shaffy".

I have added The Rules into the Database as a post in the Maintenance section: Here.

Also the PDF file is available here in the Help Documents section. This PDF also includes several appendices from the main HD manufacturers with instructions about how to clamp down their hard drives.
