Floppy emulator problem

Postby Phil.c » Wed Oct 02, 2019 9:38 pm

I finally found time to install the drive, I have a 16GB usb memory stick but after transfering about twenty projects with an average of 60K each, I get "Disk Full"....any ideas?

Hi Phil,
Confirm your 16GB is truly a 16Gb Stick... I had one that was marked 16 that turned into a 2GB upon investigation. Other than that I don't know. So much cool stuff happening here with the d8b to the point I don't actually know what the floppy emulator even is! I still have my desk and it is not hooked up to anything, crying shame!!!
Make some noise!!!

It is 16GB, I don't think the stick configuration (download) is right as I should have 100 partitions? I can't find the download to re-do it?

If you format the usb-stick with the ipcas software, it's gonna be acting a bit weird if you just try to use it as you would any other usb-stick.
I would use the ipcas software to access the different partitions on the stick.

I did the ipcas download, something must have gone wrong, trouble is, as I said in my last reply, I can't find the download link?

Not sure what you mean?
Click the link, then click the download button in the top right corner - choose direct download.
Does that help?
