I have a chance to buy an Alesis HD24 for a pretty good price.
Are there other upgrade kits other than the Alesis EC-2? I see some forums elsewhere referencing different upgrades.

The only other upgrades I can think of is a capacitor upgrade and an upgrade to use SATA drives since IDE's are going the way of the dodo.
