Does (or can) anyone sell me the diskettes for 5.1?

Does (or can) anyone sell me the diskettes for 5.1?

Postby yeskeys » Wed Jan 08, 2014 1:17 am

My system is messed up, and I don't have a PC to download the OS and split the 3.5 disks up. I'd like to purchase these. I only have MX effects cards (2) so perhaps I only need 3 disks instead of all 5.

Please let me know the cost and hopefully I'll get my d8b/HDR system running again!

Thanks,
Eric

Having them won't do you any good, mate unless you have the authorisation code. Mackie can't seem to provide it.

hmmmm...I thought for sure that I'd done this previously, a couple years back. I'm not even sure if the software is the issue. I'll post some details soon that outline exactly what I see when my boot fails. I've done all the BIOS settings from the database, changed the battery also. Battery is working, my settings are retained.
I might have the authorization code written in my user manual that the seller gave me when I bought it (for 200 bucks). But I have sunk cash into cards, an HDR, etc.... it'd be so nice to get this rig up and running again.

best,
Eric

Thanks for the nice words, Joe. Just been sitting on the back benches for a while. Happy new Year, mate.
