I finally got an answer by mail, here it is!
Bruno, I apologize if you have not been able to get in touch with our tech
support. How were you trying to contact us? Email? Phone? If something is
broken I would like to fix it right away.
Regarding the D8B license codes, this is a problem we have been working on
fixing for a couple weeks now. We had a server malfunction a few weeks ago
which caused the mechanism that generates the license codes to break and
are in the process of securing the source code from the manufacturer to
repair it. We *will* fix it but at this moment there is no definitive eta.
Rest assured, though, that we understand the gravity of the issue and are
all moving as fast as we can to provide these codes to users like
yourself.
I have Ccd Ronnal Ives, the head of our tech support department. If you
have any further questions he can help.
