I just wanted to inform that a new set of Service Manuals for the d8b and for the HDR24/96 Hard Disk Recorders have been backed up to the Database.

All the documents are in PDF format.

ive been using d8b with the d8bridge software for quite a while now
i have 2 d8b a half year ago i was using the software with cubase and while recording i was standing in the booth
suddenly the sound on my headphones went down to soft to none at all
the fader sunk to haf alls of them at once could you tell me what this could be?


after it happend i replaced it with the other unit same computer just switched the d8b

and i could work furter
but i still would like to repair the other unit cos i could use it a my normal mixer with the 3 mackie onyx 400 that i have

can somebody give me a hint

You should start a new thread for this in the forum proper, Red. Not many will see it here.

can somebody give me a hint my d8b maboard broke i would like to know where to buy because this mainbord is very old or to another to rep;ace i live in manaus amazonas brazil ............pease anyhorizon help

hello, am new at this, hope you can help me. i just got a d8b from gait list, it work fine, all fader work, i just can't use it, cause i ned the authorization code for the program to run, any idea of how can i get this running or where i can get the code, also is it easer for me to update it to 5.1 since am running pro tools 10. please tell me what should i do. thanks
