How much ram can I install on 300mhz cpu
Also is there any good cpu upgrades im not aware of my unit is stock with5.1

Dont bother with CPU upgrades, it simply won't get you anything noticable in the way of performance. The Mackie OS is designed to run at Maximum efficiency using only 50% of the original 166Mhz Proc. Even v5.1 only uses but so much. TRUST ME, I'm a PC Geek too, and that was the first thing I wanted to do when I got mine. Don't Bother...you will only run the risk of creating more headaches and get NOTHING noticable in return. v5.1 should run flawlessly on a 300Mhz/256Mb system. Also, I believe 256Mb is the maximum for either old OR new Motherboards (Someone please correct me if I am wrong on either point).
