I am Korean and my English is bad, so I am using a translator. Please understand.

No one could help me, but I finally figured it out.
I exchanged emails with the company that made the transformer.
I received a lot of help. I am very grateful.
The transformer has a serial number.
The 230v 115v switch on the power supply is meaningless.
600-036-00 120vac 60hz
600-036-01 230vac 50hz
600-036-02 100vac 50-60hz
Please note that the capacity and voltage for making the transformer are proprietary technologies, so they cannot be disclosed without Mackie's permission.
I saw a post complaining of the same symptoms as me before.
When booting up for the first time, the meter flashes.
The panning knob lights up, but it does not calibrate with the fader. There are parts that work. It is probably a voltage issue that caused the thermal fuse inside the transformer to break. After separating the transformer, open the red plastic and tear off the yellow paper to see the thermal fuse. This is the problem. This is easy to obtain, so replace it and it will work without any problems. However, you must use a step-down transformer of 3kva or higher to operate it. 220v causes a malfunction with a buzzing sound. I hope this helps.
